At Simur Spaces, your coworking space in Málaga, we know that work performance is closely tied to personal well-being. As part of our commitment to the professionals and companies working in our flexible offices in Málaga, we organized a hands-on workshop to reduce stress and regain focus and energy in the midst of daily routines.

The session was led by Flor Dell’Acqua, coach at Resilient Ser, an expert in resilience, neuroscience, emotional self-regulation, and yoga therapy. With extensive experience supporting professionals and teams, Flor guided attendees through practical exercises they can apply immediately to manage stress and enhance their well-being.

Participants had the chance to experience three effective routines to reduce tension and increase mental clarity, key tools for staying motivated in their day-to-day work within a shared workspace.
