From 180€ per desk per month + VAT. The cheapest complete office costs 650€ a month and the largest, 220 m², 15,000€. The price includes furniture, electricity, air conditioning, fibre, cleaning, reception and meeting room hours; discounts are available for longer terms.

What does the monthly fee include?

Everything you need to work from day one: a furnished office with your own key and 24/7 access, fibre and WiFi, individual air conditioning, electricity, cleaning, reception with mail and parcel handling, CCTV, meeting room hours, gym with showers, kitchen & dining area and coffee. One single invoice a month.

When can I move in?

The offices are furnished and networked: if one of your size is free, you can start within days of signing.

Can I see it before deciding?

Yes. Book a visit and we will show you the offices that suit your team in about thirty minutes, with no commitment. We confirm the day and time by phone or email during reception hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00).

What if my team grows or shrinks?

We move you to a larger office or add an adjacent one on the same floor, with just an addendum to the contract and no move out of the building. If your team shrinks, you can move to a smaller one.

Where are you and how do I get there?

At Avenida de Andalucía 31, Entreplanta, 29006 Málaga, a few minutes from the centre, with bus stops on the avenue itself and Carranque metro station nearby. We have no parking of our own; there are public car parks nearby.
