Training, courses and seminars
2-hour minimum. Online Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 with 48 hours' notice; discount for a full week.
Owners', shareholders' and members' meetings
Up to 40 people, with a projector and large screen for accounts and budgets. Online Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00; extra hours are invoiced separately. Evenings, weekends and public holidays by contacting the centre (weekends and public holidays +20%).

Where it is
Inside the centre, on the mezzanine of Avenida de Andalucía 31, next to the kitchen & dining area and common areas. Your guests come in through reception and can carry on with drinks next door afterwards. Buses at the door and María Zambrano station a few minutes away.

Owners', shareholders' and members' meetings of up to 40 people, with a projector for accounts and budgets.
Company events with drinks
Afterwards, the kitchen & dining area and common areas become the space for drinks or networking, with your catering or ours.

How much does it cost to hire the Cayman Room?
60€ per hour (2-hour minimum), 250€ for a 4-hour half day and 420€ for a full day, excl. VAT. For a meeting, the 2-hour package costs 70€ + VAT. An event with an on-site technician costs 250€ per half day and 500€ per full day, and the kitchen & dining area and common areas for drinks 100€ more, excl. VAT.
How many people does it hold?
40 people seated at tables or around 60 standing. It is 86.5 m² with large windows and natural light.
Can I book online?
Yes, Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00: pick a free slot in the calendar with 48 hours' notice, confirm your email and we send you the confirmation. For evenings, weekends or urgent bookings, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
Where is the room?

What's included?
A projector and large screen, sound, high-speed WiFi and the tables and chairs set out as you need. Events also include an on-site technician. Coffee and catering are booked separately, ours or your own supplier's.
How do I pay?
At the centre or by bank transfer, with an invoice in the name of your company, owners' association or organisation. There is no online payment.

Felgueroso Room
82 m² at street level with its own entrance from Avenida de Andalucía: 50 seated or 60 standing, with two projectors, a digital whiteboard and its own toilet. Ideal for presentations and events open to the public.
