How much does an office for 10 people cost in Málaga?

At Simur Spaces, a private office for 10 people costs from 1.800€ a month + VAT, including furniture, electricity, air conditioning, fibre internet, cleaning, reception, meeting rooms and common areas. Discounts are available for longer terms.

How much space does a team need?

We allow about 3 m² of office per person for comfortable working (down to 2.25 m² with a denser layout). Corridors, toilets, meeting rooms, the kitchen & dining area and the gym are not counted: they are common areas already included in the fee.

What if my team grows?

We move you to a larger office or add an adjacent one on the same floor, with no move out of the building and just an addendum to the contract. And if your team shrinks, you can move to a smaller one.

Can I move in straight away?

Yes. The offices are furnished and networked: if one of your size is free, you can start within days of signing.
