Prices excl. VAT. Half days, full days and meetings can be booked online: look at the week, pick a free slot and we confirm by email. Events come with a fixed quote. Launch offer: offer prices until 31 December, for use of the room up to that day; the standard rate is shown struck through.
Training, courses and seminars
Morning (9:00–13:00), afternoon (14:00–18:00) or evening (18:00–22:00). Two slots in a row make a full day, and all three the whole day. Online every day with 48 hours' notice; weekends and public holidays +20%. Discount for a full week.
Owners', shareholders' and members' meetings
Up to 50 seated, a top table and a screen, no stairs. Online every day until 22:00; extra hours are invoiced separately. Weekends and public holidays +20%.

A role-playing, Magic or board game tournament? The room for up to 60 players costs 50€ per 4-hour session and 80€ per day, VAT included: rates for players.

On the ground floor of Avenida de Andalucía 31, with its own door onto the street beside the glass frontage. Your guests come straight in, with no stairs, without passing through the centre and regardless of reception hours. Buses at the door and María Zambrano station a few minutes away.

How much does it cost to hire the Felgueroso Room?
The room is hired in 4-hour slots from 9:00 to 22:00: one slot (half day) costs 150€, two in a row (full day) 250€ and the whole day 400€, excl. VAT (offer until 31 December; standard rate 280€ and 480€). Weekends and public holidays carry a 20% supplement. For a meeting, the 2-hour package costs 80€ + VAT. An event with an on-site technician costs 250€ per half day and 500€ per full day, excl. VAT.
How many people does it hold?
50 people seated in rows or around 60 standing. It is 82 m² of open space on the ground floor.
Can I book online?
Yes, every day, Saturdays and Sundays included: pick a free slot in the calendar (9:00–13:00, 14:00–18:00 or 18:00–22:00) with 48 hours' notice, confirm your email and we send you the confirmation. For urgent bookings, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
Does it have its own entrance?
Yes. It is on the ground floor with direct access from Avenida de Andalucía 31, beside the glass frontage: your guests come in without stairs and without passing through the centre, and the room has its own toilet.
What's included?
Two projectors with two large screens, a digital whiteboard, sound, high-speed WiFi and the chairs set out as you need. Events also include an on-site technician. Coffee and catering are booked separately, ours or your own supplier's.
How do I pay?
At the centre or by bank transfer, with an invoice in the name of your company, owners' association or organisation. There is no online payment.
