Can I try it for a day before deciding?
Yes. A day pass costs 20€ VAT included and comes with a desk in the shared workspace, a monitor, WiFi, coffee and phone booths. Ask for it by phone, WhatsApp or on the website and we will confirm the day.
What are the shared workspace's opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, which are also reception hours. 24/7 access is only for companies with a private office.
Do prices include VAT?
The day pass (20€) already includes VAT. The other desk prices (149€ for a flexible desk and 199€ for a dedicated desk, per month), meeting rooms and offices are excl. VAT: 21% is added.
What is the difference between a dedicated desk and a flexible desk?
A dedicated desk (199€/month + VAT) is always the same desk, with a locker for your things and 4 hours of meeting room time a month. A flexible desk (149€/month + VAT) is month to month with no assigned desk: you take a free one, clear it at the end of the day and get 2 hours of meeting room time a month. You can also book by the day or the week.
How is it different from a private office?
In the shared workspace you work in an open room with other professionals, from 9:00 to 18:00. A private office is a closed space with your own key, 24/7 access and meeting room hours included, for teams of 4 to 120 people, from 162€ per desk per month + VAT. From around 10 people, the price per desk of an office is already the same as or lower than a dedicated desk.
Can I register my company address here?
Yes, with the virtual office: you use Avenida de Andalucía 31 as your registered and tax address, reception handles your mail and parcels, and it includes meeting room hours every month. You can combine it with a desk for the days you come in.
