The short answer: register your startup at Avda. de Andalucía 31 for 50€/month + VAT, with mail handling and meeting rooms by the hour, while you stay on your programme. When you finish, move to a dedicated desk (199€/month + VAT) or a furnished office from 180€/desk/month + VAT, all included and at the same address.
Are you at the Polo Digital or another incubator?
Málaga's incubators, accelerators and business centres, such as the Polo Nacional de Contenidos Digitales, are a great place to start. But programmes have an end date, and not every centre lets you use it as your company's registered address.
So we offer you two things: a stable registered address from day one and your own office for when you finish, in the same place.

Registered and tax address
At Avda. de Andalucía 31, 29006 Málaga, with a contract that proves it to the Tax Agency, the Commercial Registry and your bank. Useful if your centre does not let you use it as your registered address.
Mail and parcels
Reception receives your letters, official notices and parcels Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, and lets you know so you can collect them whenever it suits you.

Meeting rooms by the hour, from 18€/hour + VAT, with a screen and video conferencing, for a client meeting, an investor call or an interview.
When you finish
Furnished offices for rent, ready to move into, with no fit-out and a one-month minimum term.

The same address from start to finish
If you start with the virtual office and later move to a desk or an office, the address does not change: you do not have to register a change of address with the Commercial Registry or the Tax Agency, or update your website, invoices or Google profile.

Frequently asked questions
Can I register my startup here while I am in an incubator?
Yes. The virtual office is compatible with working at your incubator or accelerator: we are your registered and tax address and you stay on your programme.
Does it work as a registered and tax address?
Yes. With the contract you can notify the address to the Tax Agency (form 036 or 037), the Commercial Registry and your bank. We ask for the company's deeds (or a document proving it exists), its tax ID and the ID card or NIE of its representative.
What happens with mail and official notices?
Reception receives them Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, and lets you know. You collect them whenever you like, for example when you come in for a meeting.
When my programme ends, how long does it take to move into an office?
Offices are furnished and networked: if one of the size you need is free, you can start within days of signing. If you know your end date, tell us early and we will reserve one for you.
Is there a minimum term?
The minimum term for a private office is one month; after that it renews monthly and you only need to give one month's notice to leave. A deposit of two months is paid on entry.
If I move from the virtual office to an office, do I have to change my address?
No. The address stays the same, Avda. de Andalucía 31, so you do not have to notify a new address to the Commercial Registry or the Tax Agency.
