A room for owners' and shareholders' meetings in Málaga
The short answer: we hire out rooms for owners' association meetings, shareholders' general meetings and assemblies at a fixed 2-hour price from 35€ + VAT. For large communities, the Felgueroso Room, at street level with no stairs, seats up to 50 people for 80€ + VAT, with chairs in rows, a top table and a screen.
Meeting package: 2 hours, fixed price
Prices exclude VAT. Monday to Friday afternoons and evenings (until 22:00) and Saturday mornings; Saturdays +20%.
Property managers: a pack of 10 meetings with a 15% discount, direct booking by WhatsApp or email and an invoice in the name of each owners' association. Write to us and we will prepare the agreement.

How much does it cost to hire a room for an owners' meeting in Málaga?
At Simur Spaces, the 2-hour meeting package costs 80€ + VAT in the Felgueroso Room (up to 50 seated), 70€ in the Cayman Room (up to 40) and from 35€ in rooms for 6 to 8 people. Each extra hour is charged separately.
When can meetings be held?
Monday to Friday in the afternoon and evening, until 22:00, and on Saturday mornings. The smaller rooms can also be booked during office hours.
Can an owners' meeting be held outside the building?
Yes. Spanish horizontal property law does not require it to be held in the building itself: the venue just has to be stated in the notice of meeting. It is usually held in the same town.
And a shareholders' general meeting?
Unless the articles of association state otherwise, a company's general meeting is held in the municipality of its registered office. If your company is registered in Málaga (for example, with our virtual office), you have a room right here.
Who can make the booking?
The property manager, the chair of the owners' association or the representative of the company or association. That way the invoice and responsibility are in the name of whoever calls the meeting.
Terms: the room is booked with a start and end time; if the meeting runs over, each hour or part of an hour is charged as an extra hour. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before.
